Directions to Garde Capital
Garde Capital is located in the Rainier Tower in downtown Seattle at:
1301 5th Avenue
STE 3030
Seattle, WA 98101
You may use the parking garage for the Rainier Square complex at:
401 Union Street
Seattle, WA 98101
Note that the office if located in Rainier Tower even though you will be parking in the building next door, Rainier Square. Bring your parking ticket with you and we will validate it.
If you are driving from I-5 North:
- From I-5 North, take Exit 165 toward Seneca Street.
- Turn right onto 6th Avenue.
- Turn left onto Union Street.
- Go past 5th Avenue and turn left into the Rainier Square parking garage between 5th and 4th Avenue.
- Take the elevators to the Rainier Square lobby and head to the south side of the building where you will find another elevator bank.
- Take the Rainier Tower elevators to the 30th Floor.
- Be sure to bring your parking ticket with you so we can validate it.
If you are driving from I-5 South:
- From I-5 South, take Exit 165B which will take you to Union Street.
- Go past 5th Avenue and turn left into the Rainier Square parking garage between 5th and 4th Avenue.
- Take the elevators to the Rainier Square lobby and head to the south side of the building where you will find another elevator bank.
- Take the Rainier Tower elevators to the 30th Floor.
