As HR Director, Nabila is responsible for managing the employee lifecycle at Garde Capital, with a strong focus on nurturing and retaining our talented team and ensuring we create an environment that promotes growth, happiness, and organizational success.
Nabila’s global career has spanned diverse industries including investment banking, management consulting, real estate, and crypto/blockchain/web3. She has applied her skills to help companies scale rapidly through hyper-growth phases, downsize significantly following downturns in the market, and navigate pre-and-post M&A activity. She currently keeps NYC as her home base, partnering with Garde through her Consulting practice.
Nabila enjoys traveling, making frequent trips to Seattle and London to visit her family. During her free time, Nabila can be found channeling her creative energy into arts & crafts and baking, or grounding her energy with lots of matcha and hot yoga.
