As Chief Operating Officer of Garde Capital, Stacey Messer provides strategic leadership across client operations, technology, marketing, compliance, process management, and human capital to support the firm’s long-term growth and client-first mission. She helps ensure Garde’s systems, infrastructure, and teams are aligned to deliver a seamless and exceptional client experience.
Stacey brings more than 20 years of experience leading digital transformation, product innovation, and enterprise execution across global financial services and technology organizations. She partners closely with advisors, leadership, and external stakeholders to integrate technology, cybersecurity, data management, and business process automation—enhancing efficiency, strengthening governance, and enabling scalable growth.
Prior to joining Garde Capital, Stacey held senior leadership roles at Russell Investments, Parametric, and Allspring Global Investments. Her work included leading large-scale transformations, launching award-recognized platforms, modernizing investment operations, and delivering measurable improvements in onboarding efficiency, automation, and assets under management. She is known for building high-performing teams and aligning strategy with execution during periods of complex change.
Stacey is committed to inclusive leadership and community engagement and has served on nonprofit boards and finance committees, including the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation and Fulcrum Foundation.
